La Crosse Area SHRM is dedicated to advancing human resource professionals in the La Crosse area. Originally named La Crosse Personnel Association, the group was established to provide professional development & networking to promote effective human resources practices within our community. In 2005, the group became an affiliated chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and became the La Crosse Area SHRM. 

Today the group continues to provide professional growth opportunities through monthly educational meetings where members can network, share ideas and learn about topics impacting the human resource profession.
