How did you start working in HR:

I started working in HR while attending college. I started working for a local roofing company and than went to Festival and have been there since.

What advice would give to someone pursing a career in HR:

See the good in people and help them to reach success.

What is your favorite thing about LASHRM:

I love to network with others to gain different ideas and perspectives.

Passion outside of work:

Walking, Hiking, Camping, Reading.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever been given:

Assume Positive Intent.
