Recruiting Specialist at Citizens State Bank

How did you start working in HR:

I attended Western Technical College for HR Management and I fell in love with the program. I networked with HR Professionals and that’s how found out about the Recruiting Specialist position at Citizens State Bank.

What advice would give to someone pursing a career in HR:

Network, Network, Network! Build relationships with HR professionals. The more you network with new people, the more you will grow as an individual and succeed in making lasting connections.

What is your favorite thing about LASHRM:

The networking opportunities and the abundance of resources and learning opportunities.

Passion outside of work:

Fishing, Hiking, Baking, Playing Volleyball, Cross-stitching, and spending time on the farm with my nephew and animals.
