HR Manager at Innovia Consulting

How did you start working in HR:

I started by first HR internship at Innovia Consulting during my second year in the HR Management program at Western Technical College. 

What advice would give to someone pursing a career in HR:

Join a SHRM chapter, college and/or local. Don't be afraid to ask other HR professionals questions and be open to job shadowing and/or internships.

What is your favorite thing about LASHRM:

Meeting other HR professionals and having a space to ask advice on various HR topics. 

Passion outside of work:

Traveling, hanging out with my rescues (Benji and Linus), and looking for my next adventure!

What is the top item on your bucket list:

A solo trip through Europe.
