What is your day job:

Project Manager at Innovia Consulting, Inc.

How did you start working in HR:

I have always been interested in helping people figure out their careers. From dreams of being a guidance counselor to finding work that allowed me to help prep people for employment the path carved itself out. I dabbled in HR throughout all aspects of my career and always enjoyed those parts of my jobs.

What advice would give to someone pursing a career in HR:

Do it. There are so many opportunities in HR and they never get boring!

What is your favorite thing about LASHRM:

The infinite resources and opportunities to connect with others.

Passion outside of work:

Camping, cheering my kiddos on in their activities, reading and crafting.

What is the top item on your bucket list:

The top item on my bucket list is travel - so many places to go, things to do, and things to see!
