What advice would give to someone pursing a career in HR:
Network! Getting involved in the local and national SHRM chapters has been a tremendous help in learning and growing in my HR practices.
What is your favorite thing about LASHRM:
The people! Great group to bounce ideas off of and reach out too with questions, the people I have met are always very responsive and helpful!
Passion outside of work:
Running, golfing, kayaking, hiking and traveling are some of my favorite activities.
Where was your first job:
My first job was as a Dietary Aide in a nursing home setting.
