This will be a highly interactive session looking at the HR challenges of navigating COVID-19, unique ways to meet the needs of those served, & take care of ourselves as HR professionals. 

Mike will help us:

• Identify & share our unique experiences since COVID-19 began
• Discover practical application skills & knowledge differently in this environment
• Create an action plan for application of new skills & self care as an HR professional

About the Speaker:

Mike has served in health care for over 25 years and continues to grow in his personal mission of helping others achieve their own best version of themselves.  Mike holds bachelors in science degree in Community Health Education, a master’s degree in Servant Leadership, and is certified through the College of Executive Coaching as a professional personal and executive coach (ACPEC). 

In his work at Mayo Clinic, he provides personal and executive coaching, education, mentoring, and program development.  Mike has served as a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Viterbo University in the areas of leadership education. He is married with two children and a couple of k-9 companions.  Mike has passion in the areas of outdoor recreation, fly-fishing, and watching his children grow in life and serving others.
