The pandemic opened the door to more employees working remotely. As your organization evaluates whether remote work is appropriate for the long term, come learn from what Gundersen Health System has discovered on our journey. Gundersen had a few small teams working remotely prior to the pandemic and was exploring expanding this program. I’ll walk through what we’ve learned as we have expanded and rapidly increased this work option.
During this meeting, Carolyn will help us identify:
The key components of a remote program
The key steakholders of a remote program
The importance of having a clear objective & strategy for your remote program
