Creating an Engaging New Hire Orientation
ft. HR Panel Discussion
Upgrading orientations are high on the list of most HR agendas this year! Orientation is so important as it is your new employee’s first impression of the workplace. Orientations often only last a few hours, but it’s an integral process of the employee’s experience.
During this panel discussion we will hear from local businesses that have revamped their orientation process recently. We will learn what they are focusing on and why they decided to make the change.
In this program our guest panel will help us learn:
- Why it is important to have an engaging orientation process.
- The key elements of an associate’s orientation
- What other local organizations are doing to revamp their programs
