Employee Benefits Compliance and Regulatory Update ft. Bob Radecki, Senior Regulatory and Public Policy Analyst at Benefit Comply

This is a hybrid event. In-person attendees will meet at Belle Square (232 3rd Street North, La Crosse, WI). Enter the doors at the corner of 3rd Street and Vine Street. 

This session will will review important compliance issues that impact employee benefits health and welfare plans and look forward into issues that employee benefits and human resource managers will need to prepare for in 2023.

During this meeting, the speaker will help us learn about:

  • Review important pandemic related regulations still in effect or expiring.
  • Review employee benefits rules that should have been completed in 2022.
  • Prepare employee benefits professionals for new rules taking effect in 2023.

Bob Radecki has over 30 years of experience in the HR and employee benefits industry helping employers deal with difficult benefit and compliance matters. Bob founded and served as President of A.E. Roberts Company, a nationally recognized compliance consulting and training firm. Bob is recognized as a leading expert on a variety of benefit compliance issues including COBRA, FMLA, ERISA and Health Reform. Bob has been the featured speaker at many industry events and conferences and has published several articles concerning employee benefits compliance issues.
