Originally established as the La Crosse Personnel Association and affiliated with SHRM in 1978, our organization was founded to provide professional development, networking, and a platform for sharing best practices in HR and leadership, strengthening our commitment to promoting effective human resources and leadership practices within our community.
Today, La Crosse Area SHRM continues to provide valuable professional growth opportunities through monthly educational meetings, networking events, and resources that empower our members to excel in the ever-evolving workplace.
