eligibility
You may be eligible if you are engaged in, or have an interest in, the profession of human resource management, & you are:
A National SHRM Member
Actively engaged in HR administration & devote at least 50% of your time to personnel, HR, or industrial relations
A faculty member holding an assistant, associate or full professor rank in personnel, HR, or industrial relations
A full-time consultant in the field of HR management
A full-time attorney with at least three years of experience in counseling & advising clients on matters relating to the HR profession OR
A student actively enrolled in HR degree programs at the college or university level
