Eligibility
You may be eligible if you are engaged in, or have an interest in, the profession of human resource management, AND you are one or more of the following:
- A National SHRM Member
- A people manager with an interest or stake in the human resources function
- Actively engaged in HR administration & devote at least 50% of your time to personnel, HR, or industrial relations
- A faculty member holding an assistant, associate or full professor rank in personnel, HR, or industrial relations
- A full-time consultant in the field of HR management
- A full-time attorney with at least three years of experience in counseling & advising clients on matters relating to the HR profession OR
- A student actively enrolled in HR degree programs at the college or university level
